The database is not an official source of information.

There may be errors in the database, and if you have found any - please let us know and we will try to correct them as soon as possible.

The database is being updated all the time.

By using the base you accept all the provisions of the regulations.

Photos posted on bazakoni.pl are the sole property of their authors and may not be used or processed in any way without their permission.

PHOTOS OF HORSES:

If you are the author of the photo:

By adding it to the database, you simultaneously grant permission for its free use within the database and subdomains with which the database is connected. If you want to remove the photo - write to us (providing a link to the horse whose photo you want to remove).

If you are not the author of the photo:

If you do not have permission to use a photo that you are not the author - do not add it to the database.

If you add them - in case of possible claims by the author of the photo - by posting the photo, you agree to bear full responsibility for its posting.

We include up to 4 photos in the horse card.
 

USER ACCOUNT:

By creating an account in the database you get access to more information, add and edit horses, you also have the opportunity to communicate with other registered users.

By creating an account you agree to receive information from the administrator.

Using the horse base, you are obliged to comply with applicable laws, netiquette and cultural rules.

The data you provide when registering are necessary to enable you to use the functions of the database and will not be shared with third parties.

DELETION OF DATA AND USER ACCOUNT:

All the data you provide when logging into the service can be permanently deleted at any time - for this purpose, contact us from the email address to which your account is assigned by sending a message to our email address: kontakt@bazakoni.pl.
